Ok listen up. As a hard working writer for the theatre I spend much time hovered over my laptop--some days very sedentary other days able to get in some cardio and weight training. Through a mutual friend I was introduced to John Bowers and it was truly a "life changing". Introduction. I am fortunate enough to indulge in 150 minutes of bodywork weekly and am now working with John for about six months. He is truly a miracle worker--an intuitive practitioner who recognizes instinctually what your body needs to free itself from the inevitable stress we ALL experience just living day to day. Massage work in a peaceful serene environment by a true "body master". A pro in every sense of the word. Enjoy body work that is like an "out of body experience" that I like to describe as "out of this world"! GO!!! It's the BEST thing you can do for your body...and soul!

I've know John a little over a year. His skill and demeanor speak to a level of proficiency and professionalism I have only come across a few times. He excels at getting you relaxed enough to be able to maximize the effect of his ministrations. His spa is clean and easy to find. Thumbs up John, as a teenager locked in an old man's body, I find I need this kind of service more and more as time slips by.
