I always speak to the client on the phone first before anything. I ask questions and always look to get as much information from the customer about which type of business services they are requesting.

I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with an expansive background in editing, writing and research. I have also maintained internships to always hone my writing & design skills.
