Capital came right on time and immediately got right to work. Thry were polite, hard working, punctual and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to my family and friends. The roof was neat and clean. It looks great! The live-in renovation was precise and clean with excellent craftmenship. I would give an extra star to my review if it was possible! Thank you Capital! Great job!

This was the hardest working guy I've seen in a long time since the pandemic started. He attacked the problem, put in extra hours to get the job done on time. My roof is dry without leaks, and looks great.

The short story is that Capital, Reagan roofers and General contractors are a bunch of scammers and if you want the long story is that I had two furnaces that was almost done and I need some more work done to them so I went on this app and I looked for a pro to finish the furnaces after that I got in contact with a person named Nick and we met in front of my house and he saw the two furnaces and told me that he is willing to do this job and he will completely finish the job He said by the end of this work, all you Gotta do is come turn on the switch so I told him how much will it cost me after half an hour of looking around He told me it will cost me $1700 and that will
Include everything the parts and the labor everything so I told him I want to do an electric test for the outlets. Can we round it up to $2000 for the electric test and finishing the furnaces he agreed and told me to wait he will go get a contract after he got the contract the day was 8/15/23 and the day that everything was supposed to be completed 9/01/2023 I signed it and I sent him through Zelle $1000. as a down payment a few days later, he came to the house and did the electric test and then he started working on the furnaces and then he called me and told me that the furnaces need electric connection to them so they could work and he will need to bring someone else to connect the electric and that will be a separate job and that was supposed to be my first red flag but I was in a bad position and all I cared about was finishing the job so I told him OK he brought someone else to do the electric and it cost $340
Then he called me and said he needed to buy a lot of stuff. Some stuff was missing from the furnaces, which I don’t know how he didn’t see it in when he came in the beginning he didn’t see the electric he didn’t see the missing stuff. He didn’t see anything I don’t know what he did in that half hour I told him OK and he went and bought those stuff and everything he bought. I have to pay for it separately he used to be in the house for one day and a week or two he doesn’t show up. He told me that he have other jobs that he have to finish a few days later pass he came back after I called him a few times to finish his work then he told me that there was no gas connected to the furnace, and I have to connect gas to them and this job is going to be separate
And he told me after like half an hour with him on the phone, the best price he could give me
To finish this work is 1500 just for labor other than the 1000 and the 340 that I sent him already and I told you I wanted to finish this job as fast as I can so I agreed which I shouldn’t have done and he told me that I have to send him $750 for this labor for now the first half and $750 in the end and I have to buy all the stuff that he needs so I sent him $750 on September 6 then he told me he have to buy the pipes and I have to close all the other pipes in the basement so he could start working so I had talked to someone else to come and close all the gas pipes the next day. I told him everything is ready he said in a few days the pipes should arrive and he will come and finish the work two weeks later after a few phone calls and text messages for him to come and finish this work he told me to send him $200 for the stuff he bought I sent it to him then he called me and said he will be there in the morning. He showed up at 5 o’clock in the morning and said he was working in the house and then he told me around like eight in the morning that the stuff he bought was missing. and he left. He said he will be back later and he will go get some stuff from that day. He never showed up again and when I tried texting him, he said his girlfriend crashed him and he was in the hospital and he will be working the next day, a few days later, I keep calling him. He said he will be there next weekend on October 1. He will be done so I waited. I tried calling him and texting him. He didn’t answer. until today he have the keys to my house the stuff he said he bought is not there the electric he said he connected to the furnaces. One of them doesn’t have electric everything he bought and all the work he did probably would not exceed $300 to $400.
And he took from me $2290 all I want is my money back or I’m gonna have to go and make a complaint about him and take him to court
