- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather the client’s info to book an appointment. After the inspection is done, I sit down with the client and talk over everything that needs to be done, and explain anything that they need further explanation for. I provide them with a quote and from there we can move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for about 10+ years and have gained much experience and knowledge. I train my team to give their best work.
