Some hide under their salons or training but my experience speaks volumes. I consistently offer quality makeup looks and am able to perform a volume of faces for every wedding party in a small time frame.
I love the "ahhh" experience of a finished look - that moment when a beautiful bride steps into the mirror and sees her "look" that I've created and achieved for her and her entire party.

OH MY GOODNESS! I have absoloutky nothing bad to say about my wedding day makeup! I wanted a natural and sexy look and she did just that! I dont have a face that can handle alot of makeup, but she made me looks so glamorous and sexy! My bridesmaid and mothers looked great too! My step mom just couldnt stop talking about how good her makeup looked. She made them both look ten years younger. ALSO it rained and i bawled like a baby, and not a bit of my makeup smeared, or ran, or came off until i washed my face that night. It didnt transfer to my husbands shirt or anything like most makeup does. It literally looked just as perfect at midnight as it did at 3 when she did it. Also, she made us all feel so comfortable the whole time she was doing our makeup. She works fast, but her quality is far beyond anything ive ever seen! Thank you so much for being there on my special day!

Laurie dis a fabulous job on our makeup! She was very accommodating and flexible with her schedule. Also, her friendliness and responsiveness were above and beyond. Laurie even made us sweet treat and had beverages available during our services. I high recommend getting the 24 hour eye lashes. Those looked great!

Everything went perfectly! I was super pleased with my makeup for my big day. Laurie is definitely one of the best in the area and would definitely book again for an event! She really listened and got and did everything I needed for my look.

Laurie did my weddingmakeup. She knew I hate to look really "made up" and, since the wedding was ultra casual, she kept my makeup light and natural looking. It was exactly what I wanted!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local weddings (within 10-15 miles of 12010) I charge $60. per person. We can determine if there are other issues and additional charges at the pre-bridal. I know a lot of places charge $200. or more and I know Thumbtack has encouraged me to charge more. The price does not include hair (I don’t do hair)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we meet for a prebridal and or talk on the phone and I ask a few questions about her gown and hairstyle for that day. Once we've done a trial, we both know how long it takes to achieve her look for the wedding and she can adjust her times with the hairstylist so she knows how long to expect her appointment to be that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a profession that requires constant training to stay updated on the newest looks. I constantly keep up on the latest looks and they vary from month to month like fashion!
