- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and affordable! We make every effort to work within the clients budget and offer special promotional discounts. Please keep in mind that our wedding packages include: 1 MC/DJ, 1 Associate DJ, sound system(back up system), set up/tear down, wireless/wired mics, ceremony music(at the same location), monogrammed gobo projector(names and date projected on the wall or dance floor), up to 18 up/accent lights(10 color options), dynamic dance light show, song suggestions, planning/guidance, and various giveaways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with working with new customers is simple. We start with the phone consultation followed by an in person meeting at a time and location that is convenient for the clients. The customer provides us a clear sense of their vision for their event. We provide detailed information, song suggestions, contract and planning and guidance to the client of how Eclectic Songs Entertainment will make their event FUN, MEMORABLE, SPECIAL AND PERFECT! The client makes the final determination from this information provided.

Our training has been ongoing throughout the combined 25 years of experience as performers in the Entertainment Industry.
