I hired Rich to do some actions shots of my son playing soccer his senior year. Of course my son played consistently all year except for the game Rich showed up to. With that came limited playing time which turned into limited opportunities for Rich to get shots. All said and done I was very happy with what was captured that night but apparently Rich was not. He contacted me and asked for the upcoming soccer schedule so that he could return in hopes of getting more pictures of my son. Not many photographers would make that extra effort for a client as he did for us. That is why every opportunity I have to refer a friend or stranger I do.
