Our heat was acting up a few weeks ago and then it stopped working altogether last week. We called a supposedly well-rated HVAC tech who misdiagnosed our problem, did a repair based on the misdiagnosis, and charged us an obscene amount of money for it, and not even 6 days later, our heat stopped working again! After being directed to Brazcool by a neighbor, I reached out, received a quick response, had him come the very next morning to check out our furnace and he took the time to properly diagnose the problem. He then went and got the necessary part for the repair, got it installed, and made sure all was in working order before he left. All for a reasonable price and in an incredibly timely manner. We will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future HVAC needs and recommend that you do too!

It’s a testament to the quality of his work that I forgot to review him on here for a couple of weeks. The job was perfectly done, and the best work of all is one that leaves you forgetting you ever had the air conditioning serviced because it runs so smoothly. Will definitely call him again.
