We had a fantastic experience with Matt. He was professional, prompt, and cooked a delicious meal! We talked about our likes and dislikes, he proposed a menu and picked out fresh ingredients from the farmers market and Whole Foods. He even offered to bring his pasta machine if we had wanted fresh made pasta. He prepared a three course meal with a beautifully plated salad of greens, citrus slices, radish, red onion, and herbs. Next we had roasted chicken and sautéed kale with an amazing romesco sauce, which I had never had before and would love to have again. For dessert he prepared a 4 layer chocolate cake. It was out of this world. I would highly recommend Matt for any dinner party or event , and I would love to have him back for my next party.

Matt was an amazing Chef Instructor for my daughter's 7th birthday! Matt was on time, professional, and a lot of fun! He has a real talent for working with kids and dealing with adults. Matt made himself right at home in my kitchen and was a pleasure to engage with. Most importantly he was able to keep a group of 6, 7 year olds completely engaged and happy. I heard him answering their questions like, "how old are you" and other age appropriate questions with a great sense of humor. Matt taught the girls to make pasta from scratch and then helped them to put it through the pasta maker and finally to enjoy the meal they created with two homemade sauces he put together at the same time! If you are looking for a great learning experience for kids, or adults, I highly recommend Matt!
