- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the material and labor cost for each job and all aspects of the payment details will be discussed with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a free inspection of the job site to accurately gauge the extend of work needed to be done. After that we will discuss the material and labor cost with our customer and provide an estimate number of days plus the total payment amount for the said job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family run business with decades of experience in construction work. I am a recent Aerospace Engineering graduate with experience in fixing airplanes as well as designing structures.
