He was very professional and prompt to respond and answer question. He was not ridged; he was able to adapt to our on-the-spot requests. He was patient. I’m very happy with the photos he created. After the brief phone calls regarding my idea of the final product, he prepared his backdrops, lighting, and all the other equipment that we needed for the photo-shoot. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Portrait photoshoots in my studio, I do cover the travel of the clients within the Manhattan Area, New York City.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat on the phone, or if in the same area buy the customer a coffee to discuss the photoshoot and understand their expectations and desired shots.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two different Master degrees in San Francisco and Boston, one on Business and the other one on Marketing. I specialized on Social Media management to help clients how to use the photos and videos I prepare for them. I also had Portrait and Landscape photography trainings and completed an internship program on photography and composition.
