What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss on the phone, or with emails to discuss the client vision to plan our sessions and understand the full scope of the shots. We go over any details like time, place, outfits, our creative team, expectations with photo & video deliveries and delivery formats. Once we are all set, 24 hours prior to our shoot I do one last follow up with a message to confirm and then we do our shoot.
