- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to the student and figure out which part of the subject/test they need the most help in. Then I set up and initial meeting to help get them on the way to improving their grades/scores.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a good student and strong test taker. Since graduating school I’ve been reading and finding different ways to learn new things. In my previous career as an IT business analyst in the financial industry I took pride in being able to explain complex subjects to different types of people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was passionate about teaching and looking for a career change. I haven’t looked back since.
