It is unfortunate you sent such a scathing and non-truthful review. This is an out-and-out lie, formulated by an individual who has obviously had a bad day. I have every single form of communication recorded and my texts to you saved Miss. It is painfully obvious that you didn't like the fact that we Contractors get charged for each lead that comes to us from Thumbtack. When confronted with this fact, you lash back because of your obvious social inadequacies and communication failures, which frankly, befuddle me, a college student and all feeling that she will get away with a scathing review of a man who has been in business for 39 years! What I did was simply what any good communicator would do...You message them, their number prompts up, we call the Lead, then we text, so that all forms of communication have been exhausted. This was done. You obviously had a very bad day Miss and those things happen. But you will not get away will soiling my reputation because of your inadequacies to convey your facts to me. I simply was following a lead for which I paid 50 dollars, and that was all. You did not tell me that you hired someone else, you didn't bother to do so. If you did? And by all means your choice. I WOULD NOT HAVE called or followed up with YOU. So please, before your try to blacken my eye over this lead generation format(Thumbtack), think twice please.....or i will bring this to a legal matter for defamation of my company and my character. I HAVE THE PROOF OF WHAT I SAID TO YOU. I ALSO HAVE PROOF OF YOUR CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME. So, ok...go ahead, please write that page, or, better yet?
