The entire team supporting this organization was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As this was a long distance move, they treated my belongings with the utmost respect and not once did I worry on the other end of what I was going to be given at delivery. There were no hidden costs, the quote was exactly as descripted and delivered prior to my expectation....by a day!! Mike and Jen (owners) unloaded the trailer, laid protective blankets to minimize debris, set up any furniture, unwrapped all shrink wrapped items and when they left, I had totes, boxes and furniture in the rooms where they belonged, not chaos! I would definitely recommend these movers, cross town or cross country, they are excellent!

Jen was great to work with in scheduling along with my changing close date on my new house. The movers were awesome! They packed and unpacked in exactly four hours! They were really careful, and hand carried everything, including my washer and dryer! Their rates were great, extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this moving company. They are a great find.

If there were six stars available, these guys would get em. Total professionals all the way, super friendly and FAST. I lived on a very unique property on a hill with steps and a path that wind 80 feet down to the street. These guys didn't even grumble. They had my stuff out of there and into my new place in less than three hours. Even packed the kitchen expertly and at a great price. I can't say enough about Jen and the kick-butt crew. I highly, highly recommend Reliable for any move (and I mean ANY). Way to go guys!

Reliable Movers offers flat rate all inclusive pricing. Truck, labor, fuel, break down and set up of your furniture, padding/shrink wrapping, and insurance is included. Please note it is ILLEGAL for any mover to offer a senior citizen or military discount or coupon as listed in NYSDOT Household Good Mover Authority Law. It is also illegal to list any household good moving business as "fully insured".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reliable Movers is owner operated since 1996. We are licensed by NYS for household goods moves, and licensed by USDOT FOR long distance out of state moves. Our men are drug screened, back ground checked. Most of our employees have been with Reliable Movers 10 years +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike the owner of Reliable Movers worked for a licensed movers for three years before branching out on his own starting with a delivery service, then pursing the household goods moving authority license.
