FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What should the customer know about your pricing, such as discounts or fees? Our pricing depends on the size, condition, brand, and layout of the grill or outdoor kitchen. Most deep cleanings start at $299, with larger grills, heavily soiled grills, built-ins, outdoor kitchens, and grease-fire cleanups priced accordingly. We provide clear pricing before starting the job, and there are no surprise charges. If a grill requires extra time because of excessive grease buildup, carbon, fire damage, rusted parts, or difficult disassembly, we will discuss that upfront before moving forward. Cash and Venmo pricing may be available on select jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by asking for the grill brand, model, location, and a few photos of the grill, including the inside cooking area. This helps us understand the size and condition of the grill before giving an accurate estimate. Once the price is confirmed, we schedule a convenient appointment. When we arrive, we inspect the grill, review the condition with the customer, and then begin the deep cleaning process. Our service typically includes removing grease, carbon buildup, food debris, and residue from the cooking area, grates, burners, flavorizer bars or briquettes, drip tray, exterior stainless steel, and accessible components. When the cleaning is complete, we review the finished grill with the customer and point out anything they should be aware of, such as worn burners, ignition issues, rusted parts, clogged components, or maintenance concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Grill Restoration is built on hands-on experience cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining residential gas grills, built-in grills, stainless steel grills, and outdoor kitchen equipment. We have experience working with many common grill brands and components, including burners, grates, drip trays, briquettes, flavorizer bars, ignition systems, propane and natural gas grills, and stainless steel surfaces. We also continue to study grill maintenance methods, manufacturer recommendations, safe cleaning practices, and proper equipment care so we can provide a thorough and professional service.
