Efficient, timely, very satisfied. Took me a while to find a service that I was satisfied with. Would definitely give them a try if you’re looking for a good clean.

Cleaner came on time, finished cleaning the house in a reasonable timeframe, and did a great job!

The reason I didn't check Responsiveness is because Maribel—who said she's from Ecuador—speaks comparatively little English. I tried to tell her not to throw out any garbage (because of newly-instituted requirements, I must put the compostable garbage in the basement), but she threw out the garbage from my breakfast anyway. A friend suggested I give Maribel Google Translate printouts, as an alternative to phoning Diamond to speak to her.

I am extremely happy with the services I received! They all made sure to have everything spotless and were very professional. I will definitely be using them for a long time.

BEWARE! My landlord did not return my full deposit because of this company!!

Had such an awful experience with a move out clean. I was told it included deep clean of floors, walls, bathroom and kitchen. Including oven and fridge. I paid extra for interior window cleaning.

As we had moved out, I was told they would bring their own cleaning product and materials.

When I went to collect the last of my belongings as I was moving out I noticed the cleaner did not bring a vacuum or mop.

See photos attached of how terrible the job was done. Including sticky and dirty floors.
