The reason I didn't check Responsiveness is because Maribel—who said she's from Ecuador—speaks comparatively little English. I tried to tell her not to throw out any garbage (because of newly-instituted requirements, I must put the compostable garbage in the basement), but she threw out the garbage from my breakfast anyway. A friend suggested I give Maribel Google Translate printouts, as an alternative to phoning Diamond to speak to her.

BEWARE! My landlord did not return my full deposit because of this company!!
Had such an awful experience with a move out clean. I was told it included deep clean of floors, walls, bathroom and kitchen. Including oven and fridge. I paid extra for interior window cleaning.
As we had moved out, I was told they would bring their own cleaning product and materials.
When I went to collect the last of my belongings as I was moving out I noticed the cleaner did not bring a vacuum or mop.
See photos attached of how terrible the job was done. Including sticky and dirty floors.
