On April 2016 J.A.A Landscaper were hired for a sprinkler system and sodding on my front of the house. The job was completed by David Almendarez. Mr. Almendarez installed the sprinklers system. Around June, mid July the sprinklers were giving problems only watering a certain area. Mr. Almendarez was called and replace one sprinkler and advised to contact my water company due to the pressure changes He also advised to increase the watering to twice a day. My water company were called to make an investigation. The water pressure had no problems. Mr. Almendarez was called and inform about status. We proceeded to change the rest of the sprinkler to bigger one, three were replace. It turns out that the sprinkler still were giving problems. The sod burned out, I have text Mr. Almendarez pictures of the lawn. His response was some fungal matter that took over the lawn. I told my landscaper who denies that and assures is lack of water in that area. On August 26, 2016 Mr. Almendarez texts me assuring me he will stop by and see what the problem is. This Job is still on warranty not even six month Mr. Almendarez states he has no time to come back and forth for this. I The reason a sprinkler system was install is because I work and I am unable to water my lawn manually. Mr. Almendarez never came to see the problem. I have text him numerous of times. I text him 8/31, 9/10, 9/11, 9/15, Still no response. This is unacceptable for a someone to be constantly calling a company and no answer. Just unacceptable business. I am not satisfied with the work he performed and will not recommend his service to anyone.
