Natalia was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt in communicating with us and answered all of our questions. We arranged a casual photo shoot at a nearby park for some family photos and included our dogs in some of the pictures. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
--- WEDDING --- I have wedding packages. Every package includes: hours of shooting online gallery of high res images a photo album 8x11 photos of 35mm analog film If you don't need the full package or you need a different number of hours, a price will be generated based on your request. If you want an engagement shooting, the price will be with a discount, because of wedding package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We decide what my services do you need. I offer the price. To book the date for shooting we sign the contract and you have to make a 30% deposit.
