- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer $50 off for all new tax preparation clients that complete an online interview rather than a hardcopy one as this enables us to more accurately and efficiently gather critical information necessary to complete your return or bookkeeping/accounting services engagement. Bookkeeping engagements include a complimentary subscription to cloud-based accounting package. If you already have an accounting system we have experience with all major platforms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a consultation either in person or over the phone to assess your situation and needs. We provide all clients with a secure online portal which they upload documents to, or we scan the documents directly. We also provide clients with an app to take photos to capture all hardcopy receipts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have degrees in accounting and undergo continuing education to stay abreast of new rule changes and trends.
