I tried a couple basic home remedies to treat a bed bug infestation I had under my mattress. I thought I zapped em all, but I called in J and Son just to make sure. Jaime was very friendly, asked about my situation and was at my apt that evening (10 min early). He did a thorough sweep of all the rooms (uncovering more bugs in a place I hadn't seen) and was very helpful in telling me what I needed to do with my clothes, dog, and dresser drawers later that day. These guys are great!

I own a 4 family brownstone and my second floor got bed bugs. My first pro robbed me and did not take care of the problem. I called J&Sons in desperation. He showed up in 1 day, was diligent and super professional. Took care of the contents of y3he building and treated each floor for a reasonable price. He shared advice with me and scheduled to return for part 2 of the treatment. He was extremely through making sure to get all the areas they could be. He was honest and I intend to use him in the future for regular maintenance. You won't be disappointed with his ssevice!
