Jozef as agreed to date and time appeared at the apartment. For drywall repair, Jozef was efficient with his time and work performance. If the need arises, I would rehire in a heartbeat.

The work was completed promptly, and communication throughout the process was good. My only concern is the caulking around the toilet and shower, which began cracking after just six months. I had requested that the corners (where the tile meets the wall) be re-grouted, but they were only touched up with caulking of a similar hue as the grout. This was not exactly what I requested in my messages. I also paid a little above and beyond, so I was hoping for slightly better workmanship. The fact that the caulk did not hold up for even a full year is concerning, as I expected greater durability. *** The review has been updated to reflect 5 stars. Jozef returned at a time convenient for me and re-applied caulk/sealant around the toilet again. He took accountability, which says a lot about his character.
