The work was completed promptly, and communication throughout the process was good. My only concern is the caulking around the toilet and shower, which began cracking after just six months. I had requested that the corners (where the tile meets the wall) be re-grouted, but they were only touched up with caulking of a similar hue as the grout. This was not exactly what I requested in my messages. I also paid a little above and beyond, so I was hoping for slightly better workmanship. The fact that the caulk did not hold up for even a full year is concerning, as I expected greater durability.

I wish you would have reached out to me so i can address those concerns for you ( free of charge). Unfortunately sometimes the products fails over time due to unforeseen factors, and it might need a second round of touch ups.
