While other pros wanted to charge $200 for an on-site eval and estimate, Rahim requested that I text them a photo of my issue. They were able to accurately diagnose my problem via the photo and showed up the next day with all the correct parts. They arrived right on time and replaced my light switch within about 15 minutes.
