Electrical and Wiring Repair
Hands down the greatest electric service I’ve experienced. Richard and Diego were remarkable to work with! They are professional, diligent, hardworking, accommodating, neat, and very friendly. Richard was responsive in offering his services and recommendations/advice. He was transparent with pricing and tried to give the best value for money. I thank them both so much for putting up with my request for a line to be run from my living room to my basement for a thermostat installation. I highly recommend them for any electrical job!

Mr. Martinez and his team was very professional and arrived on time and ready to work. From the quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness and value, Mr. Martinez and his team was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and I was able to make the best decision on upgrading our Electrical panel and adding an additional dedicated line for my electric baseboard heater. I hope to be using Mr. Martinez again soon for future projects and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Electrical and Wiring Repair
I just bought my first home. I knew before I moved in that I wanted to do upgrades to the house. A good electrician was on top of my list. I did a thorough web search and came across thumbtack. First, I loved that Richard provided his credentials upfront. Many claim that they are licensed but don’t want to show it. That showed me a lot of professionalism. I had a LONG list. He did high hats in the living room, plus changing receptacles throughout the house, light fixtures/ceiling fans in every room, dimmers where needed. Most impressive was the work he did hiding the cords within the wall. I didn’t want them hanging from the TV when mounted. He did 3 walls in total with minimum to no damage. His expertise shows in his work. Even my contractor was so impressed. Also, he cleans up after himself. When he was done, I barely did any cleaning. He was punctual and fair with price. I’m very meticulous so I was very grateful he had a lot of patience with me. I highly recommend him!!! It’s been a pleasure and a blessing working with Richard.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Small jobs such as replacing a few outlets, switches or simple lighting, I can usually fix on the spot So I often offer an hourly rate for such. Medium and larger jobs ( such as any service equipment upgrade, circuit breaker panel replacements or renovations) In order give a fair price, I prefer to look at and estimate because there are so many variables that affect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I believe the first place to start is to listen to the customers concerns and what's important to them. Then it is my job to assess the situation, and figure out the right solution that fits the needs of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a teacher for the electrical apprenticeship program I have certificates in blueprint reading, estimating, and over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry.
