In today’s world of squeezing the customer for every penny you can get out of them, Igor is a breath of fresh air, and a dying breed! I entered a request regarding an outlet that all of a sudden wasn’t working. Breaker reset had not helped. Instant fix - thanks to Igor!! My phone literally rang as soon as I entered the request and he then diagnosed the issue within one minute of talking to me! No charge! Thanks for calling me, he said. The vast majority of service people would not have had any problem scheduling a service call and taking my money, when really no effort required. Not Igor!! I then asked him about a separate issue involving the dishwasher. A visit was required for that & scheduled for the next evening. Prior to the appointment the next day he contacted me, apologizing that he was stuck on prior job and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled 3 days out, due to Thanksgiving holiday. The day after Thanksgiving he called me because he unexpectedly had time and was in the area. Coincidentally we had resolved the problem shortly before his call. That said, his excellent communication and follow up were both most appreciated! Although I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Igor in person, it is evident that he is a fair and honest businessman, who takes pride in his work. Be sure to call him !!!!
