- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my rates are fixed. However, every client is different so I like to take it on a case by base basis. Every client has a different need and when provided more information, I try my best to fulfill their needs with the best rate possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do is I communicate with my customer and see what their needs and expectations are. Then, I put together a contract with a list of the customer's expectations and my own for the shoot to ensure there is no confusion from either party.
