- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what type of pest problems they may have. How long they may have had their pest problem. How soon they would like to begin their service. Reassure the client that their pest issues will be quick resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a N.Y. State commercial pest control license.
