- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 30% deposit is needed to hold the date of hire. Rescheduling is ok if available less than 24 hours. Deposit is non refundable due to less than 24 hour notice. Due to weather cancellations the refund is held for any other party or reschedule, not for refund. A small transportation fee will be added. Any extra persons added to the list to face paint or henna will be charged by the end of the service.
