You should NOT be able to receive payment without a resolution to the problem. You charge over a thousand dollars for 15 minutes of an evaluation to tell us you think the brand new Tosot system is defective, andcyet another company from The Bronx were able to spend 3 hours examining the condenser and fixing the quality of the installation for the same amount you were paid, and fixed the issue. You were unqualified to do the work you promised to fix.

Was an all around fantastic experience. He walked me through every single step explained the quorlte thoroughly, walked me through everything that was expected to be done.
