George and his team did an amazing job renovating my kitchen. They did an open concept kitchen and installed new linoleum floor, cabinets, appliances and countertops. Marcos also helped to design a unique storage/shelving system that made use of a dead corner space. The team also painted the entire apt including closets and installed new floors. They were respectful, friendly, very helpful, responsive and knew their craft. I was so impressed that DKAI is now renovating a second apartment for me and I am excited to see the results! I highly recommend them for your renovation needs.

I wanted to expand my closet by combining My his & hers closet + the guest room closet into one big closet in the master bedroom. I reached out to George at DKAI Contracting Inc. to inquire about this project. George was very knowledgeable about the project and understood exactly what I wanted. Him and his team went above and beyond. They were able to combine all three closets and seal off the wall on the other side of the guest room. It looks like there was never a door there! George and his team were very professional. George would come in often to assure that his team was on track; he would communicate effectively if there was an issue. They also came on a different day to install my closet system. Also, shout out to Marcos for his understanding and perfectionism! I love the way my closet looks. Now I have a huge closet, and it was fairly priced. I wholeheartedly recommend DKAI Contracting Inc. I will definitely use their business for future projects.

I hired Dkai Contracting to install 8-foot tall custom closet doors for 3 closets in my apartment. George was very responsive throughout the process from beginning to end: From contacting me to arrange to look at the work and give me an estimate, to filling out the paperwork and sending me the insurance documents required to get the work approved by the building’s Co-op board, to setting up the date to do the work, and to checking in with me to see if the work was done to my satisfaction. Marcos installed and adjusted the doors to perfection. I was very satisfied with the installation and would definitely hire Dkai Contracting for any future projects.
