He appropriately scoped the time needed for execution, provided helpful tips, and even offered to assist with cleaning up. Don’t be fooled by others who introduce unnecessary hidden fees ! To start, I was blown away by Jacob's response time. I messaged him on Thumbtack, he responded within minutes and came by our home to assess the job and purchased the supplies---all on the same day. He came by the next day (with his father and brother) to complete the job.
