I use Certified Fresh Cleaners exclusively to clean my Airbnb in between guests. My guest’s checkout at 12pm and check-In at 3pm. This company manages to clean a two-bed room apartment thoroughly despite the time constraint. My guests and I are satisfied every time. I tried cleaning the apartment when I first started renting on Airbnb. That did not last. I had a hard time managing my full-time job and cleaning. And this place is not the easiest place to clean. It’s very close to the water. I had to deal with tons of sand all over the place and mud foot prints on the hardwood. So, I just called Certified Fresh. The process is easy. The guest leaves the keys in the lockbox. The cleaner shows up on time and starts cleaning right away. They clean all the linen, dust, remove the trash, sanitize the door knobs/handles and all surfaces, clean kitchen and bathrooms, mops floors. I don’t have to lift a finger. They leave the place immaculate. I charge my guest the cleaning fee. I don’t pay anything out of pocket. Of course, guests are concerned about Covid-19 when staying in a short-term rental. I can confidently say to my guests that the home has been professionally cleaned and they should have no worries. This company has been a life savior. I can have my rental cleaned without being there physically. This gives me time to work my full-time job or just relax for the day.

We offer a 10-15% discount to all customers after their first cleaning. We also offer discounts for customers that require weekly to monthly cleaning. We work with Airbnb hosts and Realtors to offer customized pricing that can economically fulfill regular cleaning needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a call with customers to discuss the details of their home and identify any specific requests we would have to fulfill. We provide details of the cleaning options and our non-toxic green cleaning supplies option at no additional cost.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started off cleaning Airbnb's in CT and NY. We then had the opportunity to expand our team with experienced cleaners and increased our offerings to address customer needs.
