- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price jobs based on the size of the property for the most part. However, there is a lot more we would like our customers to give us details about in order to better offer a quote. We generally ask customers the square footage in which needs cleaning to have an idea of what tools and supplies to bring to the job. Most of our customers have provided us with video or photos of the space needing cleaning, which becomes very helpful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are here for you, and we thank you for allowing us to help you by providing you with our services. I like to schedule a call with the customer to further ask for details and answer any questions they might have. We then give them an estimated price depending on the job. After that, we would set up a date and time for us to come and do the job. This is when the magic happens.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom has always worked in the cleaning industry, and after helping her clean many Airbnbs, I decided to do it full time. We decided to start a cleaning business together. It's something I love doing and witnessing our customer's joy after cleaning their homes.
