If you refer a new client to me and they complete their cleaning appointment, you’ll receive a discount on your next cleaning service as a thank you. It’s my way of showing appreciation for your support and trust!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is simple and straightforward. First, I gather a few details about the space (bedrooms, bathrooms, and what type of cleaning is needed). I can also give a quote based on a quick description or photos if available. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule a date and time that works best. On the day of the appointment, I arrive on time with my supplies and get straight to work. After the cleaning is completed, I do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks great and the customer is satisfied before I leave. I always aim to be reliable, thorough, and make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
