FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My ideal standard rate for any particular job is 25-30 dollars per hour. In that time I manage my time well and multi task to make sure all that the customer requested is done in the least amount of time possible. Avoiding trumped up charges to the client. Saving them time, as well as, money, all the while providing the best service they and their house, will ever have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet and greet the new customer and inquire as to what is the main point of focus. What part of the home is ideal to them and why? I then offer different ways to meet their goals and expectations. Not every person like the same things. So, I make it my business to know what they like and do not like to please my customer and give them the best service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 plus years of cleaning, cooking, and catering to clients. I am great with kids and pets. I have been trained by the best. So, I must keep up that expectation and reputation afforded to me. Experience is the best teacher.
