- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Prices are for materials that I use to clean your home, travel as well as time spent cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I come into the home I always ask for a tour of the home so I can basically see how the job is going to get done. Then I ask which room they want me to do first, and as I go along I ask my customer to inspect my work and to go over anything I may have missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in schools, warehouses, retail stores and through other app related cleaning jobs.
