I recently moved into a new apartment and was facing some unusual issues with my electric bill. I reached out to Yonathan, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I contacted him, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He came to my apartment promptly and, within minutes, had already pinpointed the root cause of the problem. Not only did he identify the issue quickly, but he also took the time to thoroughly inspect every electrical area in the apartment to ensure there were no other hidden problems. Before reaching out to Yonathan, I had asked my landlord to inspect the situation multiple times, but nothing ever came of it. Yonathan went above and beyond what I expected. His detailed explanations made sure I understood the problem, and I truly appreciated how patient he was in answering all of my questions. He didn’t rush through the job and made sure every task was completed to the highest standard before leaving. I can’t recommend Yonathan enough.
