I needed to repaint my entire apartment to get it ready to rent it out. I am a first time landlord and I was nervous about the process, but then I found Richard and PainterBros. I loved working with Richard. He listened to my needs and asked a ton of questions to make certain he was going to deliver what I wanted. We talked about pricing and materials upfront and it gave me the confidence I was looking for that I would get quality work at a fair price.
