- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very important to explain all the details about your trip to get the most accurate pricing. My pricing includes mileage, wait time and gas. There might be additional fees for tolls and parking depending on the kind of trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each trip I have my passengers sign an agreement where they can look over the trip details and make sure I have everything I need to know. Once they complete the agreement an invoice is sent where they would have to make a deposit to complete the booking. A day prior to the trip I will reach out by phone to confirm trip details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a driver for 6 years now. I am a licensed TLC driver and my car is up to date with TLC as a for-hire-vehicle. I have taken multiple driving courses and yearly I do a refresher defensive driving course. I also with with a black car company currently where I have multiple clients throughout the day.
