I didn't even meet this gentleman but communicating with him over his app was awesome. I arranged for him to fix holes in an iron Bannister in a 19th century building. Tenants on the top floor have a newly walking child and could easily take a tumble through the holes. He did a great job and saved me the headache of nervous parents texting me!!!! HIRE HIM!!!!!!
