These Guys are patient and adaptable. Willing to work with you. The moved my things from one address and delivered them to two different locations. Everything was seamlessly done and i was happy. Will use them again for sure

I truly had a wonderful experience with the movers Andre and his friend. I forgot his name. It starts with a "B". They went above and beyond to move my things from one floor to another floor. It was seamless, professional, and they were extremely friendly. They were so helpful that they moved more things that I asked. I needed those things moved anyway but they more than willingly offered. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I would like to begin the review by stating that Andrey by himself would get a 5 star rating. He is exceptional in his work, attitude. The issue with my move is that it took THREE days to be completed. And it was a local move, about 5 miles apart. The company lacks organization, punctuality. All THREE days, the movers arrived later than expected, way later. Both places are Co-ops, so there are certain timings set by both as to when you can move out/in. First day, they did not have any boxes or tools with them and they only had 2 movers for a 2 bedroom apartment. Prior to that day, we had discussed the services I needed which was packing services. How do you arrive without any boxes? We had to use our trash bags and our containers to pack. Prior to them arriving, we did a lot of cleaning and we had packed clothes and items that needed to be thrown away and it was quite a bit. But if they had 3-4 workers, it would’ve been done quicker. The 3rd person did arrive about an hour later but by that time, we were approaching the cut off time. We agreed to finish 2 days later. When that day came, they did have some tools and about 5-6 boxes which wasn’t nearly enough again. And again, they arrived way later than expected. And again, they did not complete by the deadline. So now the truck has been fully loaded and no place to put them as the time has passed. We had no choice but to keep all of our belongings locked in the truck and parked on the street. Now on the THIRD day and for the THIRD time, they arrive late again. Now it’s time to unload which also took us PAST the cut off time and I had to endure complaints from our new neighbors and super. In the beginning, we had agreed on a price. Now that it had taken 3 days, they wanted to charge me double the original quote. I understand that prices change because of unforeseen issues but to do that because they were not organized is where I had an issue with. I talked to the owner and within 2 minutes I understood why the company is how it is. The guy has no business owning a business. Overall, I do NOT recommend using these movers unless it’s a 1 man job and it’s Andrey who is your sole mover.
