We hired Carlos to completely replace the shingles on the roof of our single-family home.We are very happy with their professional work and would recommend contacting Carlos if you are planning on replacing your roofThe quote allowed us to choose from GAF materials with a 25-year, 30-year, or 50-year warranty. We were also able to choose our preferred color from the GAF catalog.The estimated price was also a satisfactory offer.The material we requested was Timberline HDZ with a 30-year warranty in Pewter Gray color.On the day the materials were delivered, Carlos and the work foreman oversaw the unloading of the large truck.To begin the work, prepared a dump truck to transport the scrap materials, surrounded the house with tarps, and removed the old shingles.As the house itself was old, the plywood on the roof had rotted and needed to be replaced, but they quickly arranged for the replacement and resumed work without any problems. They worked efficiently and hard.The roof was re-thatched in three days, and they also repaired any walls that had been damaged during the work. They also carefully picked up any small pieces of scrap wood and old nails that had fallen into the garden and cleaned it up nicely.The contract states that the roofing work is guaranteed for 15 years. This guarantee covers any defects in workmanship at no additional cost.Thanks again, Carlos and your team.
