Sandy is a wonderful sewing teacher! Her class is fun and exciting, while also creating a comfortable and relaxed environment to learn in. As a beginner, I really appreciate how she makes sewing feel approachable and enjoyable.
It’s also great that we’re both anime fans! I’m especially excited to keep learning from Sandy and eventually develop the skills to make different cosplay outfits and bring some of my favorite characters to life. I’m really looking forward to continuing my sewing journey with her!

I haven’t sewn in many years. I needed help getting my sewing machine set up, threaded, and go through basic stitches and tension. It was a great experience and she knew exactly what I needed and WAS SO PATIENT when I was having trouble with threading my machine’s needle! I’ looking forward to my next project and will hire her again to assist me from beginning to end. Highly recommend for any level!

This was a fantastic intro lesson to sewing! She was patient, met me where I was, and I came away learning so much in our first hour together. I’m excited to continue. She also took the time to familiarize herself with my older machine before our lesson which I really appreciated. I’m excited to continue!

I just had the most lovely experience with Inspired Stitch! She fixed a dress for me on the spot and was so kind and walked me through what she was doing. You can tell she cares about her craft! Would recommend to anyone.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a little lower than others as I am still new in my opinion to the field.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what they know first and go from there. If it’s mending I ask to see the garment so I can see if I am able to fix the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
