- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tax preparation fees are tier based. Determined by your filing status only ranging in price from $214-$1300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients have their services completed virtually. First, we conduct a free phone/video consultation to determine whether our services would be best suited for the client. Once that has been established the client will receive a welcome email to create their secured client portal to complete their intake form and upload all required documents within 24-72 hours we complete the return. Set-up a zoom call review the return with the client they sign electronically and we submit the return to the IRS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All tax professionals have completed over 100 hours of tax law training as well as received their registration with the state of NY by completing the tax preparer educational requirements to obtain that certification. Our CEO has an Accounting degree and over 15 years of experience in tax preparation.
