Katherine was wonderful!! She is smart and attentive to directions in someone else’s kitchen! She was also gracious and practical. She understood what had to be accomplished and had initiative as she took it upon herself on how to heat up food and how to put away leftovers. She was careful with dishes, cutlery and glasses.
