Kurt's wallpaper installation in my home was STELLAR and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for an installer. I am a perfectionist so I am a stickler for details. Based on his exceptional reviews on Thumbtack and customer photos, I thought he would be the perfect person for the job. Kurt was extremely professional, punctual and even pivoted last minute to help me get it installed. Originally, I only requested 1 wall to be installed because I wanted to see the quality of his work in-person. After he completed the 1st wallpaper installation, I was highly impressed so I asked if he could install a 2nd wallpaper installation in another bedroom of my home. I assumed he would have to come back another day, however, he was able to move his schedule around to accommodate this request. Again, he did an excellent job installing the intricate design details of another wallpaper and I was ecstatic about the results. Attached are a few photos of both installations in my home (no edits). My guest have LOVED the wallpaper designs and I have already referred him to a few others who will be booking with him soon. I'm sure Kurt can do great work and has a lot of experience. In fact, hire him, but ask lots of questions about the product and installation techniques as well as expected turnaround for the job FIRST. I had a decorative textured paintable wallpaper to install on a bulkhead that separates my dining room and kitchen. Long story short, I had cuts that were not great and gaps between the sheets of wallpaper. I pointed this out only to be told it was the quality of the paper. Which, could've been true (I know nothing about wallpaper), but if it were, I'm relying on the expertise of the contractor to inform me of this right away. If the paper itself was bad, tell me ahead of time. Not after the job when it looks like a mess. (My roommate said it looked like I did it myself - which is not a compliment to the level of execution) Anyway, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it and that was it. So, I spent all night using a steamer to take it down and repaint my ceiling. It was a waste of time and money.

Like many since the Pandemic hit I have been improving my home and heavy into DIY projects. I ordered some peel and stick wallpaper but then realized the design would require me to match up the pattern and I left it alone. I saw all of the reviews and knew he would be great for the job. I was certainly right. He explained that the paper itself was good quality but the way the pattern was printed would create an issue at the bottom but that was okay with me. The install is PERFECT. He gave me tips on regulating the temperature over the next few days to make sure it stays up. I will definitely be contacting him for more projects in the future!
