Paul was simply fantastic. Had a nasty clog affecting my toilet and bathtub. I tried snaking myself to no avail. He removed the bowl, fixed the problem, and reinstalled the bowl. It was like the clog never happened.
In addition, he was honest about his pricing, which was very reasonable. He was also diligent in communicating, telling me when he could be there. He showed up on time, and was efficient with his work.
Finally, he was clean - meaning he cleaned up after himself (plumbing is a dirty business) which I appreciated. Like I said, fixed the problem like it never happened.
I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I wish I could add stars to the value & punctuality also , I’ve had so many different plumbers come to fix my toilet for over a year now. Paul from a.c. Cleaning professionally showed me and told me what he will do for this problem so it will not happen again. I’m so happy with the results , and am not scared to use to much toilet paper anymore lol because my toilet is finally clear. Thank you again , I couldn’t say it enough 🙏😌
