Introduction: Brooklyn Acupuncture Nook is the husband-wife team of Michael Pingicer, licensed acupuncturist, and Kelly Pitts, Licensed massage therapist, operating in Park Slope, Brooklyn and serving the community of New York City. Brooklyn Acupuncture Nook aims to provide high-quality, complementary health care options of acupuncture, herbs and massage. Each individual has different health needs. We treat many ailments in our practice with a specialized focus on sports medicine and medical massage. We address current symptoms and the root cause of disease while achieving long-term health goals and providing preventative care. Our licensing required us to achieve the most rigorous training standards in all of the United States. We operate under the highest standard of professional ethics and conduct. We aim to offer these options at a top level while remaining affordable. Our vision is to raise awareness of the benefits of acupuncture, herbs and massage through education and treatment.
