I needed a new gas water heater installed ASAP as I had no running water at all. I'm so happy I hired Karol, he arrived on time, was professional and respectful and I'm very pleased with the job he did. I'm in the middle of a kitchen renovation and needed plumbing installed to create a new laundry area and also replacement of the old kitchen sink water supply lines and valves. Brilliant! Couldn't have been a better experience. Good Communication. Was Flexible with timing Showed up on time Extremely skilled and professional The project was a probably a bit more complex then we had both figured once the wall was opened, but did an amazing and quality job. No shortcuts! The work ws excellent, and the new radiator was installed after a good amount of rough in work. No doubt I will be using again and couldn't give a higher recommendation!!!!

The holy trifecta of contractors is price, quality and promptness. Usually you are lucky if you get 2/3. IPSS definitely delivered on all 3 and even gave a bonus 4th quality (honesty). PROMPTNESS - Carl was very responsive and always returned my messages and calls. This is a big one, as most contractors I reached out to would only do this responsiveness in the beginning when trying to get my business. Carl stays in touch. QUALITY - Carl also inquired about several customization options available (but was open to selecting on his own if I did not have a preference), again something many other contractors did not offer. Further, I monitored his work, and while I am not a plumber myself, saw the extra mile he went through for the project, including spending a lot of time trying to get some very rusted couplings off to ensure that piping was aligned correctly, and many other steps. PRICE - Carl gave me a breakdown of cost based on parts and labor (most pros only give you one lump sum estimate). Further (and bonus #4 quality) at the end of the day, Carl was very honest by stating he didn't need some of the parts he quoted for me, so reduced the price accordingly (remember, Carl quotes include a breakout of parts and labor). I can't say enough good things about Carl, and you would be lucky to have him. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions, otherwise, I believe you have found your new plumber, I know I have.

I woke up this morning to water on my floor because my water heater stopped working: and water was just running through the unit. Karol came by and offered me a fair price for labor and offered me options to replace my water heater. In a few hours my new water heater was up and running. Karol is absolutely excellent at what he does. You should definitely hire this guy, I would do so again.
