Booking the service was easy considering it was at short notice. All contact regarding the booking was handled well and small changes accommodated with no issues. The car was on time and the driver pleasant, but the car which was to be used for wedding shots around New York City on a clear dry day was not clean on the outside as requested. The inside was clean which was to be expected. There was a difference in the stories given to me by the driver and the booking clerk when we requested an explanation as to why the car was not clean. Driver advised he was not told that this was a requirement and the roads/puddles from melting snow made the car dirty. I am not sure if this would make even the windows dirty but when asking the booking clerk she advised that she was not sure why it was not clean and that information was passed on to the driver. On saying, we are from Australia and based on this experience I would recommend NYC Crown Limo based on their responsiveness, prices and reliability, and easy communication .
