We had an emergency repair and the team was able to push out some appointments to come same day. They fixed our eroded pipe and were on time and did a great job.

My tenant's fridge + microwave wall outlets died Sunday morning and Alma responded within the hour after I started looking for help and even tried checking if their electrician can come in on their day off. Finally scheduled for next afternoon with specific time blocks to fit my tenant's schedule, replaced one burnt out outlet and rewired the other within 30min. Not the cheapest vendor but one of the most professional, responsive and mindful of customer's schedule we've used on Thumbtack so far - pay for peace of mind.

Vitaliy and his team are really excellent. I submitted photos and video of plumbing problem and he quoted very reasonable. His team removed the pipe under toilet from a narrow gap in the basement wall and replaced it with newer pipe. They also corrected the toilet seat flange and seat . No additional charge. He put camera and snake and removed the gunk out. The team cleaned up professionally afterwards. We are very happy with their work.

Thes guys did a great job. They didn’t realize the scope of the work before they got here, but once they assessed the situation they made sure the job was done right. They avoided cutting into my bathroom ceiling by going in another way to replace a broken pipe. They left the house cleaner than when they came in, and my family is very happy.
